重庆白市驿板鸭食品有限责任公司系1963年成立的国有重庆白市驿板鸭厂，2001年改制成立的有限责任公司，是一家集畜禽屠宰加工、生鲜熟肉制品、休闲食品、餐饮服务为一体的综合性食品生产企业。
公司位于重庆市都市后花园的白市驿镇，占地80余亩，建筑面积2500㎡，现有员工370余名，其中，具有高、中级专业技术职称的72名，年宰杀活鸭500万只，年宰杀生猪60万头的生产线各一条，1000吨冷藏库一座，年销售收入1.3亿元。公司现为农业产业化国家重点龙头企业、中国机械化屠宰加工优势企业。公司产品研发、产、供、销、卫检等机构齐全，下设畜禽肉制品厂、机械化生猪屠宰厂、家禽屠宰厂、牛羊屠宰厂、白市驿板鸭酒店、销售公司。公司机械化屠宰厂是集畜禽屠宰、分割、净菜加工、生鲜配送为一体独立的经营实体，拥有一批经验丰富的管理人员和屠宰、分割技术过硬的员工队伍，生产的白条肉、分割肉及净、配菜，主供九龙坡区西部九镇市场及重庆市沃尔玛等大型超市、机关团体。
