2000年霍尔特化工有限公司并入浙江华特实业集团，并更名为浙江华特实业集团华特化工有限公司，产品品牌定为华德，生产的产品定位为中高端建筑涂料，并实施一站式涂装服务经营方针。同年通过国家环境标志产品认证。
2001年华特化工有限公司成为杭州市科技创新重点企业，首批杭州市环境保护模范企业，中国涂料工业协会会员，中国化工协会会员，同年完成华德涂料iso9001、iso14001国际质量体系与国际环境体系升级认证。
