福欣不锈钢厂第一期生产规模为年产不锈钢热轧钢卷72万吨，全厂区面积约87.6公顷，引进德国西马克(sms-siemag)、日本三菱日立(mh)与东芝三菱(tmeic)，以及奥地利安德里茨(andritz)等精良技术和设备，建造包含电炉、氩氧脱碳炉、连铸机的炼钢产线、热连轧钢卷产线、退火酸洗产线以及配套的公辅及冶金研发等设施，并设置精良的汽化冷却余热回收系统，轧线采用精良的层流控制冷却及除尘、废酸回收技术，以达到节能减排之效；预定采用精良真空精炼炉、第三代较新的热轧连轧机、退酸线增设在线轧机生产薄板，提升钢卷品质；以产销一体化之信息管理，优化生产排程、缩短交期，降低原物料及成品库存；并采用国内精良环保设备，创造安全工作环境。
the first phase of fuxin stainless steel plant has an annual production capacity of 720000 tons of hot-rolled stainless steel coils, covering an area of about 87.6 hectares. it has introduced advanced technologies and equipment such as sms siemag of germany, mh of japan and tmeic of toshiba, andritz of austria, and built steel-making production lines including electric furnaces, argon oxygen decarbonization furnaces, continuous casters, hot continuous rolling coil production lines annealing and acid pickling production line, supporting public and auxiliary facilities and metallurgical r & d facilities, as well as excellent vaporization cooling waste heat recovery system, the rolling line adopts excellent laminar flow control cooling and dust removal, waste acid recovery technology to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction; it is planned to use excellent vacuum refining furnace, the third generation of newer hot rolling mill, acid removal line to add on-line rolling mill to produce thin plates to improve coil products quality; optimize production schedule, shorten delivery time, reduce raw material and finished product inventory with integrated production and marketing information management; and adopt domestic sophisticated environmental protection equipment to create a safe working environment.
