奇力速公司成立于一九八四年七月，资本额为新台币叁百万元，为有限公司型态，自创「奇力速」品牌，以先进科技研发专业生产全自动螺丝起子。
发展历史
一九八八年 公司增资为新台币五百万元，开始积极的扩展国际市场，以亚洲市场为主。
一九九零年 基于韩国市场需求量大增，遂在韩国仁川市设立“韩昌交易株式会社”电动起子装配工厂。
一九九二年 经投审会核准，在中国大陆天津成立“天津台伟国际贸易有限公司”，资本额为二十万美金，作为国际贸易和“奇力速华北销售服务中心”。
一九九四年 七月分别在香港成立“奇力速（香港）公司”，于其同时在深圳设立“奇力速华南销售服务中心”。
一九九五年 一月奇力速台湾总公司新厂大楼落成，同时增资为新台币壹仟万元，现址：台北县新庄市化成路三十号六楼，同时引进全自动生产机器和检验测试仪器等设备大量品管生产，行销全世界市场。
一九九六年 二月成立“龙昌（美国）公司”，四月在中国成立“东莞销售服务中心办事处”，于当年十月在中国上海成立“奇力速华中销售服务中心”和东北沈阳设立办事处。
