浙江曼得丽涂料有限公司（zj maidenly paint co., ltd.），原名桐乡市曼得丽涂料有限公司(tongxiang maidenly paint co., ltd.)，成立于2002年1月，当初减了一条年产水性建筑涂料1万吨的生产线。在2010年由于公司发展需要迁入屠甸工业园区，建成了乳胶漆生产线3条、真石漆生产线5条、厚浆腻子生产线2条、粉末涂料生产线1条，年生产能力达到8万吨，扩建了技术研发中心。2013年又新增技改项目年产油性涂料5000吨。公司采用plc自动化涂料生产线，自动化库房调色系统，以及生产控制设备和质量检测仪器。公司又引入了erp涂料管理系统。公司由于增资，于2012年4月更名为浙江曼得丽涂料有限公司。为更好的服务于工程客户和消费者，满足日益增长的施工需求，2014年4月成立嘉兴曼得丽装饰工程有限公司（jiaxing maidenly deco engineering co., ltd.）。
至2015年5月公司占地面积50余亩，建筑面积28000多平方米，现有员工130余人，自2015年5月21日起曼得丽第三期技术改造新建项目破土动工，总投资达6000余万元，新征土地20余亩，预计年产真石漆5万吨，防水涂料3万吨。成为浙江地区现代化程度高的涂料生产基地。形成了以曼得丽、爵思美二大品牌为主，上百个系列品种的产品体系。
