刨花板生产线是1990年从瑞典sunds公司（现metso公司）引进的全套设备和工艺技术。热压机为导热油加热式单层大幅面压机，幅面为2.5×10m。设计产能4.5万m3，实际可生产5.3万m3，可生产e2、e1、e0级环保型高品质刨花板。刨花板生产线为公司培养了优秀的生产、技术、管理人才；使公司积累了丰富的人造板生产经验；为公司跨越式发展奠定了基础。

中纤板生产线是1997年从瑞典sunds公司（现metso公司）引进的，年产5万m3。配备了瑞典sunds公司m48热磨机、德国kuster公司8英尺宽连续平压热压机，以薄板生产为主。随着生产线技术的消化以及产品市场需求的扩大，于1999年进行了热压机加长的技术改造，生产能力达到10万m3/年。生产线可以生产厚度为2.5mm—25mm的e2、e1、e0级环保型高品质中纤板，还可生产防潮型、防水型中纤板。
