2012年鸿伟木业投资rmb（.）万元，从德国迪芬巴赫公司全套引进一套该公司的超9英尺宽度刨花板连续压机生产线和工艺技术，该生产线设计年生产能力可达30万m3以上。
该生产线是单条连续压机刨花板生产线，产品规格覆盖目前市场上所有的规格，厚度6.0-40.0mm，长至5700mm，宽至2850mm任意幅面，主打产品是“纯净”刨花板：游离甲醛释放量达到e1级1/2e1 f★★★★级优质环保刨花板，以及防潮板、阻燃板和轻质板等刨花板及家具定制特殊规格板。
生产线采用德国迈耶公司（maier）的micromacro刨花制备技术，能根据所筛选出的木片大小分别给到micromacro刨片机，分别刨出不同的刨花形态，能够满足优质刨花板的生产工艺要求、低能耗高精度气流加钻石辊机械铺装技术、质量流量计在线施胶技术、dieffenbacher（迪芬巴赫）公司的cps连续热压技术、低碳环保节能的能源工厂技术、芯表层风选技术、高精度的瑞士史丹利蒙8砂架重型砂光等，代表了当今世界上的刨花板生产工艺技术与装备水平，再凭借韶关地区丰富新鲜的杂木及桉树资源及鸿伟独有的胶粘剂配方和生产工艺，所生产的板材能满足国内外市场对刨花板的需求。鸿伟刨花板生产线能够持续稳定地向市场供应符合市场标准及特殊要求的高品质板材，鸿伟刨花板将真正做到表面细腻无针眼、断面刨花分布均匀不变形、芯表层刨花中干净无杂质、吸水膨胀率超低防潮性能好，游离甲醛含量控制稳定不超标，鸿伟木业将填补中国刨花板生产工艺与技术的多项空白。
