南通吉祥占地面积81977平方米，设计厂房面积38000平方米左右，绿化面积8900平方米，2007年一期厂房竣工，建筑面积19975.84㎡，并投入生产，第二期工程正在筹建之中。公司拥有四条全套台湾引进专利全热压复合板生产线，全程plc控制，工人150多名。年生产总量达到300万平方米。
